Cara Mak Design ships via USPS First Class Mail & Priority Mail International.

International sticker purchases are shipped with international stamps to decrease shipping costs.

We take all steps possible to ensure timely processing, production, & turnaround to compensate for possible delays by shipping carriers that are, ultimately, out of our control.

Items are shipped in various methods, specific to the category of item purchased. For example, while stickers are shipped in an A4 sized envelope to protect the integrity and structure of the product, keychains and other products may be packaged differently.

Due to these specific packing methods, I ensure the cheapest possible shipping cost for all of you.

All claims for lost mail must be made within 14 days of USPS’s delivery notification in order for Cara Mak Design to issue a replacement item. Claims must be filed with the carrier (USPS) in an attempt to locate the lost package. If the carrier confirms delivery of the package at the proper shipping address, customer may file a stolen mail claim. Once this is done and a copy sent to us, Cara Mak Design will issue a replacement item.

Please ensure the address entered upon checkout is correct, and continue to track your shipment as it travels to you. If your shipment is marked as delivered, yet you have not received it, please submit a claim with USPS and contact us immediately.

I accept returns ONLY in the case of seller-error (misprint, torn/ broken product, etc.). Please note that you will not be eligible for a refund unless the product is damaged.

Cara Mak Design is operating as normal following the COVID-19 pandemic. However, please be aware that shipping is outside of my control, and due to various reductions and restrictions across the US and Internationally, your order may take longer than normal to arrive in some cases.
